How do I send in my electronics?

Cashmycellphone provides a FREE shipping label for you! You can retrieve this on our site after you fill out our form. It is also emailed to you for printing later. Remember to send within 10 days to assure your full quote. You can ship it in any box, just protect your device so it does not break during shipping.

What happens to my phone and information?

First thing we do when we receive your device is data clear everything. Your information is yours and no one else's, so you can count on us removing all data.

What happens if you disagree with my quote?

You receive emails each step along the way. We inspect phones in our customers' (your) favor. We can fix many minor issues and over 95% of the time agree with your quote, unless it is a blatant misrepresentation. In fact, sometimes you think your phone is broken when really its just a bad battery. Imagine the surprise when you send in a $50 phone and get an email back saying it's worth $90!

When do I get my money?

We send a check or pay you via paypal if desired within 24-48 hours of checking in your phone! If you send in more than $2,000 worth of devices, you can request to be paid via bankwire, which occurs within 24 hours after receipt of electronics. A $20 bankwire fee will apply.
